Fitness Kickboxing, which is loosely based on Muay Thai kickboxing, is a great way to relieve stress and improve physical fitness. Our trained instructors excel at creating challenging yet fun classes that will work muscles you never knew you had. Participants use equipment such as heavy bags, medicine balls, resistance bands and jump ropes to improve strength, endurance and coordination. While students occasionally participate in partner drills, there is NO sparring in these classes.
All ability levels are welcome, and each student works at his or her own pace. Even if you have never punched a bag before in your life, our instructors will teach you the proper techniques needed to participate in class safely and effectively.
